2. Service Description

ActX Analytics provides AI engineering, data science, automation, and business intelligence consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of our services will be outlined in dedicated statements of work or contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all methodologies, algorithms, and pre-existing code frameworks used by ActX Analytics remain our intellectual property. Custom code and models developed specifically for a client will be transferred according to the terms of the individual client agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

ActX Analytics provides AI systems "as is" and "as available". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or deployed models.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
